Once EasySieve is installed, the first sieving file can be transferred very easily. If
the standard Retsch sieve stack (45-µm, 63-µm, 125-µm, 250-µm, 500-µm, 1-mm,
2-mm, 4-mm sieves) is to be used and the sieving machine and balance are not
automatically controlled, the “Sieve Analysis “- “Start Sieve Analysis” menu item
can be called up immediately.
Otherwise the “Sieve Analysis” – “New Sieving Task” menu item should be called
up. With prompting the settings are gradually made for:
– sieving parameters (including setting-up of sieving machine and balance)
– editing of sieve stack file (selection of the sieves to be used)
– saving of sieving task (setting of results files and report texts, storage of the
.afg file containing all settings*)
The first sieving can be run through with EasySieve if so desired.
